The Few, The Exhausted, The Chronic

With apologies to Dr. Dre.

Welcome.  If you’re reading this, I can assume you’re either a huge fan of puns or understand the frustrations of living with chronic, invisible illnesses. Hopefully both, because there is no medicine stronger than laughter, compassion, and cameraderie.

This blog will serve as more than a record of my journey — I’m really not that important. Instead, it will be a collection of useful ideas to help you find what works for you in dealing with chronic pain, autoimmune illnesses, depression, anxiety, and hopefully not just surviving it all, but thriving in spite of it. It is in no way meant to replace any relationship you have with your doctors.

Thank you for landing here, and I hope to see more of you here more often.

Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton
